Thank you for choosing Da Vincenzo as the venue for your outing or special occasion. We continually strive to deliver quality Italian Food in a warm and friendly atmosphere for your enjoyment. To enable us to do so we would ask you to agree to our terms of business thereby allowing us to book you a place at our restaurant and function venue.
Functions
Our Terms of Business:
- A non-refundable deposit of is payable to secure booking for all private area’s. Until received, the area intended to be booked will be considered unreserved.
- All quotes have a specified life span from date. After such time the reservation will no longer be held.
- Balance is paid immediately upon presentation of the bill.
- Cash or credit cards are accepted and cheque only by prior arrangement
- A service charge of 10% is not included in the menu price and will be levied on the final food and drinks bill.
- Confirmation of exact number of guests must be stated a week prior to the function. The number of people booked for will be the number catered and charged for.
- Please note that wines are subject to availability and price increases. To allow us to accommodate your selection please submit your bar requirements by close of business on the Friday the week preceding your function. We reserve the right to make substitutions on wine selections.
- For functions booked over 3 months in advance, we reserve the right to a menu price increase due to rising costs unless such menu price rise has already been sanctioned for a specified date.
- Vegetarian dishes are available upon request
- We have a range of decorative packages to suit any occasion at additional cost please enquire on the above. Christmas crackers and special flower and candle arrangements can also be arranged at additional cost.
- Lunch Parties are requested to vacate the allocated dining area by no later than 17h00 (unless otherwise agreed). We are happy to move you to an unreserved part of the restaurant to continue your party.
- All evening functions last rounds will be called at 12:45 am and music is to be terminated at the latest 01:00 am (unless otherwise agreed).
- We are unable to run a cash bar in the restaurant. Only rooms with their own private bar will be able to have a cash bar. Separate bills for each guest is not allowed, a bill per table system will be used.
- Please kindly process an electronic transfer for food beforehand and the balance is paid immediately upon presentation of the bill.
Cancellation Policy - we work on the honour system
- All deposits are non-refundable
- All parties cancelled 1 month prior to the event will be subject to full venue hire cost even if discount is given.
- All parties cancelled 1 week prior to the event will be charged to full venue hire and 50% of total menu price.
Acceptance of our Terms of Business
- Please sign the cover letter detailing your party and send a fax copy to us
- Your signature states you have familiarized yourself with our terms and conditions and accept these conditions to enable us to book your function.
- Receipt of deposit will also be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
Restaurant
- We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur due to the actions of staff, or other customers.
- Children are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times during their time on the property. We will not take responsibility for looking after children or any incidents that may occur.
- Animals are not to be terrorized. Any person caught doing so will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- No swimming is permitted in any of the water features for safety reasons.
- We are located in a residential area and as such please respect our neighbors.
- Please leave the restaurant in a quite manner. This includes no hooting or shouting.
- All items in a dish maybe specified. Please let us know should you have any food related allergy or ailment. We will take every possible precaution but we cannot take responsibility or liability therefore.
